Terms of service
These terms apply to orders placed with Print for Agents, including orders requested by an AI agent.

Who may order
The service is for business customers. Every order is made by the identified company named as the buyer. If you are buying as a private person, write to us before ordering.
AI agents
An AI agent may request a price and pass on information. It cannot accept an order. An order binds the buyer only after a person authorised by the buyer approves the price through our approval link.
Prices
We price each job on request, normally within 24 hours. A price is valid for 48 hours and covers only the work described in the request. If the facts turn out to be different, we may change the price or decline the job.
Payment
A 50% deposit is payable by invoice before work is booked. The balance is invoiced when the work is done. Prices are shown with VAT where VAT applies.
Delivery
We finish the work within 10 days of receiving the deposit, unless we agree otherwise or the delay is caused by something outside our control, such as no access to the site, an unsuitable surface or a late or faulty file.
Your files and content
The buyer is responsible for having the rights to all supplied files and content, and for the content being lawful and accurate. We check files for print suitability, not for spelling or factual accuracy. We may refuse unlawful or misleading content, including counterfeit branding and signs that imitate official notices.
Sites and permission
The buyer is responsible for permission from the owner of the site or vehicle, for any permit, and for giving us safe access at the agreed time. If we cannot do the work because of access or the condition of the surface, a new visit is priced separately. We do not cover damage caused by removing old vinyl from aged paint or glass.
Cancellation
A request can be cancelled free of charge before the deposit is received. After that, costs already incurred are charged and the rest of the deposit is returned.
Complaints
Tell us about a fault as soon as you notice it, with photos. We will fix a fault caused by our work or material within a reasonable time.
Law
Estonian law applies. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement are handled by the Estonian courts.
