This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it and what rights you have.

What we collect
Network applicants: company, contact name, email, phone, areas, services, website and notes. Buyer contact details: name, email and phone number. Order details: addresses, vehicle details, notes, print file links and the name of the person who approves an order. Proof of work: photos, location and measurements. A one-way hash of the IP address used for a request or approval, for security.

Why we use it
To run the provider network with your consent, to price and carry out orders, to send approval links and invoices, to contact you about your order, to protect the service from abuse, and to meet our accounting duties. The legal bases are the contract with the buyer, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and legal obligations.
Who receives it
Service providers that help us run the service: our server host, Resend for approval emails, Telegram for our internal order notifications, and print and delivery partners when a job needs them. An AI agent that holds the access key for a request can read that request’s status, price and proof. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with safeguards required by law.
How long we keep it
Accounting records are kept for 7 years, as Estonian law requires. Other order data is kept for as long as it is needed for the order, complaints and legal claims. Network applications are kept until you ask us to remove them or the network closes. You can ask us to delete data that we no longer need to keep.
Usage statistics
We count visits by known bots, machine-readable file requests, agent client names and tool calls as daily totals, for up to 90 days. These totals contain no IP addresses and are not linked to a person. We publish counts of requests, orders, completed jobs and agent use at /open, with no customer details or amounts. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
Photos
We try to keep people and number plates out of proof photos. Tell us if a photo shows something that should be removed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
